Delivery times and charges?

Deliveries are within 1-3 working days from dispatch (day of dispatch does not count) between the hours of 10am-8pm for standard delivery within Lagos provided the order is paid for before noon and it is a working day or between the hours of 10am-8pm for same day delivery within Lagos provided the order is paid for before 8am and it is a working day. Delivery timelines outside Lagos but within Nigeria vary depending on the exact location and takes 1 to 6 days from dispatch. Exact timelines are provided in the description box on the checkout page beside the different delivery options. For international orders, delivery occurs within 2 to 7 working days from dispatch and we use DHL Express. Shipping charges are exclusive of customs duties and customs duties vary per country. Please check for customs duties applicable to your country as this is the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 24 to 48 working hours of payment confirmation. Adverse weather or other events may cause delays however OneandKo will do its best to process orders immediately following such delays.

If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave with the item and may leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery which may be rearranged at a fee (depending on location). Kindly ensure you are up to date with details of your order to ensure successful delivery by checking your account updates frequently. If you will not be available within the delivery period, please let us know so we can reschedule delivery. Delivery options and charges are shown in the checkout page. Please kindly place order on site for accurate shipping estimate for your location. Please note that delays in delivery may occur during public holidays.

In the instance of a flood or other natural disaster which may render your delivery address inaccessible, please let us know before your order is dispatched and we will either hold on your delivery or ship to an alternate address if available. Where you fail to inform us or an alternate address is unavailable, please arrange to meet the dispatch rider at the closest accessible location to your address. Our dispatch riders will not risk their lives or destruction of delivery tools to fulfill a delivery. In the instance where a delivery is attempted and unsuccessful as a result of an inaccessible location, delivery may be reattempted at a fee or a pickup may be arranged from the delivery company’s office within a stipulated timeframe (usually 24 to 48 working hours). If both options are not possible, the order will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued to be used within the period of a year. Delivery fee paid will be forfeited.

Do you offer payment on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time.

Do you deliver to offices?

Yes, you can have your orders delivered to any address within our coverage that is convenient for you. You can also enter delivery instructions when you are placing your order e.g. “leave with receptionist Rosemary”. However, OneandKo is not liable for any parcels lost or stolen if the carrier follows specific delivery instructions.

Are there any restrictions or limitations for Standard or Express Shipping Orders?

Some restrictions may apply. Orders exceeding weight or size may require additional postage. We will make every effort to ship your items together in one package within a similar time frame.  Should multiple packages be shipped we will e-mail confirmation and tracking for each separate package.  In certain cases we may contact you with a quote if additional charges or shipping times are added beyond what is originally estimated.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to ship internationally to all allowable countries.  Shipping times and prices vary.  Shipping price is subject to change based on the weight of your package. You will be contacted if your shipping cost goes higher than our estimated cost on the site for your region. Items shipped outside Nigeria may be subject to customs delays, tariffs, duties, taxes and/or VAT prior to delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer.  OneandKo does not charge or collect any fee other then what is paid at the time of your purchase.
