How do I return an item?

We work hard at ensuring you are happy with your purchase but in the unfortunate incident where you have been sent wrong products (item different from order placed through any of our purchase channels), we will arrange a pick up on our tab if we are informed within 24 hours of your receiving said product and process an exchange or full refund where item is out of stock. However, if you want to return or exchange an item for other reasons, we will only process this if we are contacted within 24 hours of receipt, the item is returned in an unused condition (unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached) and item was not purchased at a sale price.

Please kindly check that style, length, size and colour are in line with what you want before placing your order.  Shipping Charges for exchanges are same as the delivery charge for that area as the courier regards this as a new delivery. The item will be returned to us, checked that it’s in same condition as sent out then an exchange shipped out to the recipient. Please note this means two delivery fees (to and fro). If assessed and the product does not meet up with our return policy, the sender will have to pay for shipping of same item back to him/her/them and money will not be refunded. Refunds where applicable, will be paid by bank transfer. Please allow three working days for refunds to be processed. Please note that returns aren’t possible for international orders at this time. Wholesale orders once dispatched, can also not be returned or exchanged.


Can I exchange or get a refund on an item that was for pick up?

If you choose the pick up option from any of our delivery partners, you can exchange or get a refund for an item if you pick up and raise complaint within 48 hours of when the item was ready for a pickup and item meets requirements for exchange or refund (Please see return policy above). Orders picked up after 48 hours of pickup notification will only be exchanged if we shipped an item different from the order placed. All refunds will be paid through bank transfer. You are responsible for checking the tracking details provided to you to know when your order is ready for pickup. We do not send out text message or email notifications.
